As an introduction, I would like to tell you that it is called as Acne Vulgaris , a skin disease which contains oild glands problem at the hair follicles. It usually occurs since you hit puberty as the sebaceous oil gland start to exist- which it is stimulated by male hormones produced by the adrenal glands, and this happens for all, no mater what gender are you.
I rather say acne is not a threat for your health, but it can make you lost your self confidence as it related to your appearance, and in the most important part of your body for your beauty point- face. It would be a problem too if you recovered from acne, but it leaves you lot of scars. And, here is the process- the sebum will carries died skin cells through the follices to the skin. Pimples will grow when those follicles blocked by some substance resulting a mass group of oil under your skin.
Some more info, it also used to grow around your back, shoulder and even on your neck. Even worst, it can cause some pain, ache, in some level.
